The whole "my marketing works ...and you know it works ...because it's what got you here" approach is REALLY hard to argue with.

So that's what you want to do in this letter.

Good lord.

If you want to meet crazy people, open an agency.

Seriously.

You'll have people with no offer, no follow up, no common sense, and no money clogging up your calendar and ...

Expecting You To Work Miracles!

As if ANY sort of marketing could fix that.

Like ...we can gather up a hungry crowd who's ready to order everything on the menu but if you ain't got no food in the kitchen ...there ain't much we can do!

Know what I mean?

So you want to disqualify people.

(This also serves as takeaway selling.)

Then Tell Them How It Works!

I just use a numbered list like this:

Step 1: THE FIRST THING

The first thing we do is yadda yadda yadda. (Filler text for the rest of this part. You know what to do.)

But we don't reveal it right away.

We use this section to talk about the VALUE.

Talk about the TIME it saves them.

Talk about the RESULTS you MIGHT be able to get them.

I'd talk to them first before you accept them as clients.

Only then do you say ...

Here's What To Do Next

And then you tell them to apply.

You tell them what happens once they do.

You tell them what the initial consult would be like.

You tell them that you're not some knucklehead who's got no clue what to do.

You point out that for the love of God man ...they've READ THIS MUCH ...obviously you know what you're doing.

And then you ....

Reveal The Price!

But you disqualify some MORE at the same time.

Like this:

Our prices start at $XXXXX.

And listen.

Seriously.

Listen.

If that's going to put you in "panic mode" because you're running on fumes then DO NOT DO THIS.

But if you're serious about [RESULT] then ...

Don't Pay Me!

Wait.

What?

Of course I haven't lost my mind.

You want them to pay you ...just not until you've made sure they're not needy whining dreamers with zero business sense.
